《电气照明及类似设备无线电骚扰新标准测量配置》

主题：最新版国标 GB17743-2007 《电气照明和类似设备的无线电骚扰特性的限值和测量方法》等同于 CISPR15:2005 及其 A1:2006 修正案。相对以前标准做了大幅度的改动。增加了新的测量方法，如 CDN 独立测量法 ; 增加了新的规范引用文件。本文介绍了针对这些测量方法如何配置测量设备;以及在相关规范引用文件不断更新的背景下，选择测量设备时应考虑的隐性指标 , 例如 CISPR 新检波器、测量不确定度等。

Subject: The latest national EMC standard GB 17743-2007 (Limits and methods of measurement of radio disturbance characteristics of electrical lighting and similar equipment) is equivalent to CISPR 15:2005 with Amendment 1:2006. This edition was modified a lot ， which added new measuring method, like CDN independent method and Introduced more normative references. This article recommends how to choose right test equipments to fulfill those measuring methods; and as the references are modified frequently, we need to take care of those unapparent requirements, such as CISPR new detectors, Uncertainty and so on.
